Cloudy 2 Plot

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs was another example that animated films – while primarily intended for children – can be smart and inventive enough that adults of all ages will find entertainment in them. Offering a heartfelt story that never lost its sense of humor and snagging box office success, it’s only expected that we would get the upcoming sequel, Cloudy 2: Revenge of the Leftovers.

While the original film’s directors Chris Lord and Phil Miller (who found live action success with 21 Jump Street) are no longer helming the project, they are ensuring it’s in good hands. They’ve placed two key members of the Cloudy 1 team in the directors’ chairs, and ensured that the story doesn’t simply rehash old ideas.
